Sonia Blacker is the author and director, originally inspired by her daughter, Holly, and now her son, Zak and supported and encouraged by her husband, Bryce.
Consultants: Samantha Berry, a Dietitian who has been providing advice to families on infant feeding during her work as a Paediatric Dietitian over the past 10 years, has reviewed the book and has been instrumental in her advice and contribution to the content, especially the All About Food section.
